Description

Learn how to make soft, moist, and perfectly cooked cupcakes from any boxed cake mix using your air fryer. Quick, simple, and foolproof for beginners and busy bakers alike.

Ingredients 

  • 1 box any cupcake mix

ingredients for the above mix (as shown on the box)

frosting, sprinkles, etc.

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, follow the instructions on the box, adding eggs, oil, and water as directed. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
  • Spray your air fryer-safe muffin tin with cooking spray or line it with cupcake liners.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full to allow room for rising.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 330 degrees F, and set cook time for 9–12 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick, it should come out clean or with just a few crumbs.
  • Let cupcakes cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Frost with your favorite icing and add sprinkles or decorations. Soft, moist cupcakes with lightly crisp edges, ready to satisfy any sweet tooth.
