Learn how to dehydrate zucchini in an air fryer for crispy, healthy snacks. Easy step-by-step method for perfectly dried zucchini slices every time.
Ingredients
2mediumzucchini
2teaspoonsolive oil
1teaspoonkosher salt, to taste
1/4teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
1/4teaspoonranch seasoning, or garlic powder, to taste
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into thin, even slices using a sharp knife or mandoline. Keeping the slices uniform helps them dehydrate evenly and crisp up perfectly.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined air fryer basket or dehydrator tray. Gently pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture for even dehydration.
Put the baking sheet with zucchini slices into the air fryer and set the air fryer temperature to 375 degrees F (190°C). And set cook time for 15-20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, and adjust the time as needed based on thickness.
