2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoonchili powder, optional, for a kick
1teaspoonlime juice, optional, for brightness
Instructions
Remove 6 frozen boneless skinless chicken thighs from packaging. Pat lightly with paper towels to remove ice crystals.
Brush chicken lightly with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt,½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon paprika evenly on both sides. Optional: add ¼ teaspoon chili powder or a 1 teaspoon lime juice.
Set air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let preheat for 3–5 minutes.
Place frozen thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 8–12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the outside is golden.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to retain juices. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
