  • 6 bratwursts
  • 6 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Place the bratwurst on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each sausage to ensure even cooking.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake the bratwurst for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. You can flip them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • To ensure the bratwurst are fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. They should reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) when done.
  • Once cooked, remove the bratwurst from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the bratwurst hot with your favorite toppings and sides, such as sauerkraut, mustard, or grilled onions and peppers.
