Description

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces cauliflower, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Optional: additional seasonings of your choice (e.g., cumin, chili powder, or Italian herbs)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 3-4 minutes.
  • Place the 16 ounces cauliflower (frozen) in a mixing bowl. Drizzle them with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle the 1 teaspoon garlic powder, p1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and any additional seasonings you prefer. Toss well to coat the florets evenly.
  • Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) and set cook time for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process.
  • Once the cauliflower is cooked to perfection, remove it from the air fryer and serve immediately.
