In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of oil, add the sliced mushrooms. Cook until softened and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Gradually pour in the mushroom gravy, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer and cook until the gravy thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Return the cooked patties to the skillet, nestling them into the gravy. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes, until the patties are cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
