A 5-minute copycat of HelloFresh's signature fry seasoning, made with five pantry spices. Smoky, savory, and perfect on fries, roasted veggies, and more.
Ingredients
3Tbsppaprika, sweet, or smoked for a bolder blend
1½Tbspgarlic powder
1½Tbsponion powder
1½tspfine salt
¾tspground black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small, dry bowl.
Whisk with a fork for 20–30 seconds until the color is completely even.
Transfer to a clean, dry airtight jar.
Use about 1 tsp per serving on fries, roasted vegetables, or proteins. Store in a cool, dark place up to 6 months.

Smoky: swap sweet paprika for smoked paprika 1:1.
Spicy: add ¼–½ tsp cayenne.
Salt-free: omit the salt and season food separately.
