Soft, chewy, and loaded with caramel and pecans, this air fryer cookie is perfect for a quick dessert or snack.
Ingredients
Caramel Pecan Air Fryer Cookie Ingredients:
1/2cupbutter, unsalted and room temperature
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
1largeegg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1 1/2cupall-purpose flour
1/2cupcaramel baking bits
1/2cuppecans, diced
Topping Ingredients:
1/2cupcaramel baking bits
1tablespoonheavy cream
1teaspooncoarse salt
Instructions
Spray a 7 inch round baking pan with spray oil.
In a large bowl using a hand mixer combine the 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in the 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Next beat in the 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
Gently stir in the 1/2 cup pecans and1/2 cup caramel baking bits.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
Set air fryer temperature to 350 and set cook time for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
In a small microwave safe bowl combine 1/2 cup caramel baking bits with the 1 tablespoon heavy cream and microwave for 30 seconds or until the caramel is melted and smooth.
Drizzle all over the top and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon coarse salt.
