Description

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are roughly the same size for even cooking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the broccoli is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is some space between the florets for proper air circulation.
  • Air fry the broccoli at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The broccoli should be tender and crispy.
  • Remove the broccoli from the air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with extra garlic or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
