Ingredients
1poundbroccoli florets
2tablespoonsolive oil, more if needed
1teaspoonminced garlic
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are roughly the same size for even cooking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the broccoli is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is some space between the florets for proper air circulation.
Air fry the broccoli at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The broccoli should be tender and crispy.
Remove the broccoli from the air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with extra garlic or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
