The key to making crispy air-fried green peas is similar to crispy chickpeas: they need to be thoroughly dried, with as much moisture removed as possible.
Spread the peas on a kitchen towel or paper towels to dry, which should take about 10-15 minutes.
Add your olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Make sure that the green peas are fully coated.
