Ingredients 

  • 2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • The key to making crispy air-fried green peas is similar to crispy chickpeas: they need to be thoroughly dried, with as much moisture removed as possible.
  • Spread the peas on a kitchen towel or paper towels to dry, which should take about 10-15 minutes.
  • Add your olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Make sure that the green peas are fully coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F, then spread the peas evenly in the basket. Set the timer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally. If you're using an air fryer oven, flip the peas halfway through with tongs.
  • Transfer to an airtight container.
