This Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower can be prepared using either raw or frozen cauliflower! It's a perfect option for a healthy appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
2cupscauliflower, frozen
2-3tablespoonsolive oil
1/2cuphot sauce, any type
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
In a large bowl, combine the frozen cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil (if using). Toss well until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing again to distribute the seasoning evenly.
Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
The cauliflower should be crispy and slightly charred when done. If you prefer it crispier, you can air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
