4slicessourdough bread
4tablespoonsbutter, softened
4slicescheddar cheese
4slicesAmerican cheese
1teaspoonGarlic powder
Instructions
Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place two slices of bread butter-side down in the pan.
Layer cheddar and American cheese evenly on top.
Add remaining bread slices on top, butter-side facing out.
Cook until golden brown on one side and cheese begins melting.
