Add water, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the Ninja Speedi pot. Stir well to combine.
Break the spaghetti in half and scatter it in a crisscross pattern across the sauce. Press gently to fully submerge — add a splash more water if any pasta is sticking out of the liquid.
Expand the legs of the Crisper Tray and place it into the pot above the pasta. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer on the tray.
Close the lid and slide the switch to SteamCrisp. Select Speedi Meals, set temperature to 370°F, and time to 12 minutes. Press START.
When the cycle ends, carefully lift out the Crisper Tray and set it aside. Stir the spaghetti and sauce, then nestle the meatballs down into the pasta.
Switch to STEAM mode and cook for an additional 10 minutes to finish the pasta to al dente.
Stir one more time, taste and adjust salt, and serve topped with grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, and extra red pepper flakes if desired.
