Make this Easy Ninja Foodi Beef Stir Fry at home! Tender beef, crisp vegetables, and a savory sauce come together in minutes for a healthy, delicious, and quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cups stir fry veggies
  • 1 ½ pounds diced beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Set your Ninja Foodi to sauté on high heat, add your 1 teaspoon olive oil and let it heat up for a few minutes.
  • Add your 2 cups stir fry veggies and 1 ½ pounds diced beef to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through all the way. Stir frequently.
  • Whisk together your ½ cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger, ½ cup water, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ tablespoon cornstarch.
  • Add the liquid to the pot. Toss the veggies and meat in the sauce and let the stir fry cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
