Easy Ninja CRISPI Salmon Recipe with perfectly crispy skin and tender, juicy fillets. Quick, flavorful, and ideal for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
4Salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each, skin on
2tablespoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonSmoked paprika
1teaspoonSalt, to taste
1/2teaspoonBlack pepper, to taste
1Lemon wedges, cut into 4 wedges for serving
2tablespoonsFresh herbs, optional: chopped parsley or dill for garnish
Instructions
Use a paper towel to pat the 4 Salmon fillets dry, then brush or lightly coat them with 2 tablespoons Olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper. Press the spice mix evenly onto both sides of the salmon so it sticks.
Set the Ninja CRISPI to Air Fry mode and preheat for 3 minutes.
Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the Ninja CRISPI basket, skin side down, ready for air frying.
Air fry the salmon for 14 minutes in the Ninja CRISPI, then check for doneness. The salmon is ready when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve with 1 Lemon wedges and garnish with 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs.
