Two-ingredient Ninja Creami peach sorbet made from a single can of peaches. No blender, no cooking, and completely dairy-free — pour, freeze overnight, and spin.
Ingredients
15.25ouncescanned diced peaches, any brand
1teaspoonsugar, optional, adjust to taste
Instructions
Pour the entire can of diced peaches, including the liquid, into a clean Ninja Creami pint container. Stir in the optional sugar if using. Press the peaches down so they sit below the max fill line.
Secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours, until fully solid.
Remove the pint and scrape flat any raised peak in the center. Let it stand 5 minutes.
Install the pint in the outer bowl, lock the lid, and process on the Sorbet setting.
If the sorbet is crumbly, press it down firmly with a spatula. If still dry, add 1 tablespoon of water and run Re-Spin. Repeat once more if needed.
Serve immediately, or press flat and freeze. Re-Spin leftovers before serving.

Notes
Ninja Creami Deluxe: Use two 15.25 oz cans, one of them drained, to reach the Deluxe max fill line.
Fresh peaches: Blend 3 medium peaches with 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, then fill to the line with water or juice.
Sweetener: Add before freezing, never after. Sugar stirred into finished sorbet stays gritty.
Storage: Up to one month, pressed flat and lidded. Re-Spin to serve.
