Easy Ninja Creami Mango Gelato made with fresh mangoes and simple ingredients. Creamy, tropical, and perfectly sweet, this homemade gelato is a refreshing treat.
Ingredients
3cupsmango, peeled and chopped (about 2–3 medium mangoes)
1cupwhole milk
1cupheavy cream
½cupgranulated sugar
2teaspoonsfresh lime juice
Instructions
In a blender or medium bowl, combine the chopped 3 cups mango, 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice. Blend or whisk until completely smooth and well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving some space at the top for expansion. Secure the lid.
Place the pint upright in the freezer for at least 24 hours until the mixture is completely solid.
Once fully frozen, remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Gelato” function and process until smooth and creamy.
If the gelato is slightly crumbly after the first spin, use the “Re-Spin” function to achieve a perfectly creamy consistency.
Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately. Garnish with fresh mango chunks or a drizzle of lime juice if desired.
