Description

Easy Ninja Creami Mango Gelato made with fresh mangoes and simple ingredients. Creamy, tropical, and perfectly sweet, this homemade gelato is a refreshing treat.

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups mango, peeled and chopped (about 2–3 medium mangoes)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • In a blender or medium bowl, combine the chopped 3 cups mango, 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice. Blend or whisk until completely smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving some space at the top for expansion. Secure the lid.
  • Place the pint upright in the freezer for at least 24 hours until the mixture is completely solid.
  • Once fully frozen, remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Gelato” function and process until smooth and creamy.
  • If the gelato is slightly crumbly after the first spin, use the “Re-Spin” function to achieve a perfectly creamy consistency.
  • Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately. Garnish with fresh mango chunks or a drizzle of lime juice if desired.
