Description

Enjoy rich, creamy Hazelnut (Nocciola) gelato made easily with your Ninja Creami. Smooth, nutty, and indulgent, this homemade gelato is perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream,
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut paste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl or Ninja Creami pint container, combine 3 cups whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup hazelnut paste, and1 teaspoon vanilla extract Stir until fully smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint, making sure not to exceed the max fill line. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and select the Gelato function. Let it process until creamy and smooth.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts using the Mix-In function for extra texture, if desired.
  • Scoop into bowls or cones. Optionally top with extra chopped hazelnuts or chocolate shavings.
