Ingredients
3cupswhole milk
1cupheavy cream,
3/4cupgranulated sugar
1/2cuphazelnut paste
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4cupchopped hazelnuts, optional
Instructions
In a medium bowl or Ninja Creami pint container, combine 3 cups whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup hazelnut paste, and1 teaspoon vanilla extract Stir until fully smooth.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint, making sure not to exceed the max fill line. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and select the Gelato function. Let it process until creamy and smooth.
Stir in 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts using the Mix-In function for extra texture, if desired.
Scoop into bowls or cones. Optionally top with extra chopped hazelnuts or chocolate shavings.
