Make creamy, smooth Easy Ninja Creami Fior Di Latte (Sweet Cream) at home with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect as-is or topped with fruit, chocolate, or espresso.

1cupwhole milk
1cupheavy cream
½cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
Remove the lid, place the frozen pint into the outer bowl, lock it into the machine, and select the “Ice Cream” or “Gelato” setting.
If the texture is crumbly after the first spin, run the “Re-Spin” cycle once or twice until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or top with fresh fruit, chocolate, or espresso.
