Description

Make creamy, cheesy, and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip quickly in your Instant Pot. Perfect for parties, game day, or a delicious snack in minutes!

Ingredients 

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Place 2 large chicken breasts in the Instant Pot, add 11 cup water, and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
  • Release pressure and remove chicken. Pour out the water.
  • Shred the chicken and place it in the Instant Pot. Add the 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce, and 1/2 cup ranch dressing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Release the pressure and add the shredded cheese. Stir the mixture until the 1/2 cup cheddar cheeseis melted and smooth.
  • Serve with chips, celery, and carrots.
