Create spooky and fun Easy Halloween Spider Hot Dogs! Perfect for kids’ parties or festive dinners, these creepy-crawly treats are simple to make with hot dogs and crescent roll dough.
Ingredients
6Hot dogs , your choice
1canCrescent roll dough, or puff pastry
4tablespoonsKetchup
2tablespoonMustard
12Candy eyes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut each 6 Hot dogs in half. Take one half and slice it vertically to form two smaller sections.
On the smaller piece, cut three slits on each side to create four “spider legs,” gently pulling them apart for shape.
Wrap a strip of 1 can Crescent roll dough around the middle of each hot dog piece, pinching the back to secure the dough in place.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the dough is puffed and golden brown.
Once baked, add two small dots of mustard and press 12 Candy eyes on top to complete the spider look.
(Optional Spider Web Effect): Pour 4 tablespoons Ketchup into a small bowl. On the serving plate, use 2 tablespoon Mustard to draw several circles, then drag a toothpick outward from the center to create a web pattern.
