Easy Gluten-Free Air Fryer Peach Cobbler – Warm, golden, gluten-free dessert made with juicy peaches, cooked quickly in the air fryer for a simple homemade treat
Ingredients
3cupspeaches, or canned peaches, sliced and drained
½cupgranulated sugar
¼cupbrown sugar
1teaspoonground cinnamon, divided
1cupgluten-free all-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
¼teaspoonsalt
3tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted
½cupmilk, or dairy-free alternative
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, combine sliced 3 cups peaches with ½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Toss until the peaches are evenly coated and slightly juicy.
In another bowl, whisk together the 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, and a little more cinnamon. Stir in ½ cup milk, melted 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until a smooth batter forms.
Lightly grease an air fryer-safe baking dish. Pour the peach mixture into the dish, then spoon or pour the batter evenly over the top.
Place the dish into the air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and set cook time for 12–16 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm on its own or with a scoop of ice cream for the ultimate treat.
