Easy Gluten-Free Air Fryer Peach Cobbler – Warm, golden, gluten-free dessert made with juicy peaches, cooked quickly in the air fryer for a simple homemade treat

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups peaches, or canned peaches, sliced and drained
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk, or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine sliced 3 cups peaches with ½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Toss until the peaches are evenly coated and slightly juicy.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, and a little more cinnamon. Stir in ½ cup milk, melted 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until a smooth batter forms.
  • Lightly grease an air fryer-safe baking dish. Pour the peach mixture into the dish, then spoon or pour the batter evenly over the top.
  • Place the dish into the air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and set cook time for 12–16 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
  • Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm on its own or with a scoop of ice cream for the ultimate treat.
