Ingredients
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupbuttermilk
1tspdried dill
1tspdried parsley
1/2tspdried chives
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt, adjust to taste
1/4tspblack pepper
1/2tsplemon juice or white vinegar, optional, for brightness
Instructions
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk to a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add lemon juice or vinegar if using and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (overnight is best).
Stir again before serving and adjust thickness with a splash of buttermilk if needed.
