Description

Make the best First Watch copycat buttermilk ranch dressing at home. Creamy, tangy, and loaded with herbs—perfect for salads, dips, and wraps in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar, optional, for brightness

Instructions

  • Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk to a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in dill, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add lemon juice or vinegar if using and stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (overnight is best).
  • Stir again before serving and adjust thickness with a splash of buttermilk if needed.
