Ingredients 

  • 3 medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • Peel and dice 3 medium Potatoes into small, even cubes for consistent cooking.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with 2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Spread the potato mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Continue cooking in 2–3 minute increments if needed until potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
  • Remove from the air fryer, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot alongside eggs, bacon, or any breakfast favorites.
