Description

Comforting Crockpot Swedish Meatballs in a creamy sauce, ready in hours. Perfect served over egg noodles or rice for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 32 ounces meatballs
  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving

Instructions

  • Add the 32 ounces meatballs to your crockpot.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup, 1 packet onion soup mix, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 2 cups beef broth.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours, or high for 2 1/2-3 hours.
  • One hour before cooking is done, add the 1 cup sour cream.
  • Ladle the meatballs overEgg noodles or rice for serving.
