Description

This Easy Cream Cheese Pepper Dip is creamy, flavorful, and ready in minutes. Perfect for parties, game days, or quick snacks, it pairs perfectly with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, diced (drained)
  • 1/3 cup jalapeños, chopped and drained

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add the 16 ounces cream cheese and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy. Stir in the 1 tsp onion powder and 1 tsp garlic salt until evenly combined.
  • Fold in the diced 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped 1/3 cup jalapeños, and 1 cup white cheddar cheese Mix until everything is evenly incorporated, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Scoop the dip into a serving bowl and enjoy with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
