Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced

- 8 ounces Italian sausage, diced

- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, or chicken stock
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients for the stuffing, including bread cubes, diced vegetables, herbs, broth, and any other desired seasonings.
- Press the saute button on your Ninja Speedi and turn the setting high. To the bottom of the Ninja Speedi, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, diced celery, and onions, and then saute for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Fold in the sage, thyme, and diced sausage (optional). Continue to cook until the sausage is fully cooked. Slowly fold in the bread cubes, dried cranberries, and chicken broth. Mix well.
