1lbbeef steak tips
¼cupbourbon
¼cupsoy sauce
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoononion powder
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and onion powder until sugar is mostly dissolved.
Place steak tips in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the steak, ensuring all pieces are coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place steak tips in a single layer in the basket. Cook 8–10 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until steak reaches desired doneness.
Remove from the air fryer and let rest 3–5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides, like mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
