Make dessert epic with this Blackstone Grill S’mores Pizza! Gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and a crispy crust come together in minutes for the ultimate outdoor treat.

4flour tortillas
1cupmarshmallow fluff
1cupHershey chocolate bars, mini
1/2cupchocolate syrup
1/2cupgraham crackers, crushed into crumbs
1/2cupmini marshmallow
Instructions
Lightly coat the griddle with olive oil or a non-stick spray. Preheat your Blackstone griddle on low for 3–5 minutes before cooking.
Spread a thin layer of marshmallow fluff onto a tortilla, then place it on the griddle. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the fluff. Top with diced chocolate or chocolate chips, and finish with mini marshmallows.
Place a lid or large metal bowl over the griddle to help the chocolate and marshmallows melt. Cook for 2–3 more minutes, until the marshmallows are golden and gooey.
Lift the s’mores pizza off the griddle, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle on any extra toppings you like.
