1largered bell pepper, cubed
1largezucchini, sliced
1largered onion
1largeyellow squash, or summer squash, sliced
10Bella Mushrooms

Instructions
Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut 1 large zucchini1 large yellow squash, 1 large red onion and 1 large red bell pepper into even chunks for uniform cooking. Keep 10 Bella Mushrooms whole or halved depending on size.
Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors and types for a visually appealing presentation.
Lightly brush the skewers with Oil and sprinkle with your preferred Seasonings, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, or paprika.
Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (around 375–400°F).
Place the vegetable skewers on the griddle. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the griddle and serve immediately as a side dish, light main, or party appetizer.
