Ingredients
2largeeggs
2tablespoonsheavy cream, or milk alternative
1/2teasponsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsred, green, or yellow bell peppers, diced
2tablespoonsred onions, diced
1/4cupCheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper.
Add in your diced vegetables and 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese, mix well.
Spray your ramekin or casserole dish with cooking spray.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish.
Set the dish into the air fryer basket, and set the cook time for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting. In the last couple of minutes, spread the rest of the cheese on top.
