Description

Make delicious, tender Korean short ribs at home with Trader Joe’s pre-marinated ribs in the air fryer. Quick, easy, and packed with savory-sweet flavor for an effortless weeknight dinner!

Ingredients 

  • 20 ounces Trader Joe’s Short Ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Onion Crunch, more to drizzle for photos
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 20 ounces Jasmine rice,
  • 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Kimchi

Instructions

  • Place the ribs into cold water until defrosted, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the ribs into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes at 380 degrees F; baste with olive oil or melted butter to keep the meat moist. Brush with 2-3 tablespoons of chili onion crunch in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking, and add the green beans.
  • Prepare the microwave rice,
  • Assemble your rice bowl, add the rice, short ribs green beans, and kimchi drizzle with more onion crunch.
