1teaspoonfresh grated ginger or ½ teaspoon ground ginger

1teaspooncornstarch
2green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
1teaspoontoasted sesame seeds, optional, for garnish
Instructions
Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or ½ teaspoon ground ginger, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch until smooth.
Cut 1 pound salmon fillets into bite-sized chunks. Toss gently in half of the prepared glaze to coat evenly.
Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until salmon is opaque and lightly caramelized.
Toss the cooked salmon bites with the remaining glaze for extra flavor.
Garnish with 2 green onions and 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds if desired. Serve over rice, noodles, or as an appetizer.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place glazed salmon bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through and lightly caramelized.Stovetop Method: Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon bites for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and caramelized. Toss with remaining glaze before serving.Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place salmon bites on foil or a greased grate. Grill 3–4 minutes per side, then toss with extra glaze.
