Easy Air Fryer Teriyaki Cauliflower

Description

Crispy, golden florets coated in a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze. A quick, healthy, and flavorful snack or side dish ready in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk, any type
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, combine the 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon chili 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Whisk well, and then slowly add the 1/2 cup milk to the flour mixture.
  • Dip the cauliflower into the batter, and then place it into the air fyrer basket, in a single layer. Spray the cauliflower with cooking spray.
  • Set the cook time for 10-15 minutes, and set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, using the air fryer setting, remove when golden brown.
  • Add the 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce to a large bowl, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer basket, and dip it into the sauce. Place the coated cauliflower into the air fryer basket, and cook for 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees F, using the air fryer setting.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or more teriyaki sauce.
