Description

Easy Air Fryer Stuffed Avocado Recipe with creamy filling, melted cheese, and perfectly crisp edges. Quick, healthy, and ideal for snacks, appetizers, or light meals.

Ingredients 

  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 large eggs,
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by cutting the 2 large avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop out a bit of the flesh to create more room for the filling, if necessary.
  • Lightly season the avocado halves with 1 teaspoon Salt , 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and any other desired seasonings like garlic powder or a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Mix your chosen filling ingredients in a bowl. This could be a combination of cooked meats, 2 large eggs, beans, vegetables, and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese Season the mixture according to your preference.
  • Spoon the filling into the cavity of each avocado half, pressing gently to pack it in.
  • Preheat your air fryer to approximately 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the stuffed avocado halves in the basket, cut side up.
  • Air fry for about 5-8 minutes, or until the filling is heated through and slightly golden on top.
  • Once done, carefully remove the stuffed avocados from the air fryer.
  • Add any additional toppings like a dollop of sour cream, salsa, or a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
  • Serve immediately while they are warm and delicious!
