Crispy Air Fryer Spinach Chips made with fresh spinach and simple seasoning. A quick, healthy snack that’s ready in minutes and packed with crunch.
Ingredients
2cupsspinach leaves
1teaspoonolive oil, or use cooking spray
1teaspoonsea salt, or other seasoning
Instructions
Rinse 2 cups spinach leaves thoroughly and pat them completely dry. Any leftover moisture will steam the leaves instead of crisping them.
Place the dry spinach in a bowl and lightly mist with cooking spray or 1 teaspoon olive oil. Toss gently so each leaf gets a very thin, even coating.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sea salt (and any other seasonings you love).
Preheat your air fryer temperature to 360 degrees F for 2-3 minutes.
Arrange spinach in a single layer in the basket. Set cook time for 3–5 minutes, checking frequently, until crispy but not burnt. Spinach cooks fast, so don’t walk away.
Remove immediately and let cool for a minute. They’ll crisp even more as they cool.
