Soft, chewy cookies packed with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Quick, easy, and perfect for a fun dessert anytime.
Ingredients
1 1/2cupall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoon corn starch
3/4cup semi-sweet chocolate chip
10tablespoonsbutter, room temperature, unsalted
1/4cupsugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
1largeegg
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/2teaspoonsalt
1cupmini marshmallows, or large marshmallows, diced
1/2 cupchocolate bar, diced
1/2cupgraham crackers, crushed
Instructions
Mix the 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon corn starch and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix the 10 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar, mix until fluffy, then add 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
Fold in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix well until smooth.
Fold in the 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip, 1 cup mini marshmallows diced 1/2 cup chocolate bar, and crushed 1/2 cup graham crackers. Mix well, and then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and then using a cookie scoop, add about two tablespoons of cookie batter on top.
Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 5-7 minutes. Remove when the edges start to brown.
