Description

Quick and delicious Easy Air Fryer Skillet Apple Pie Biscuit Bites with soft, flaky biscuits and cinnamon-spiced apple filling. Perfect warm breakfast, brunch, or dessert in minutes.

Ingredients 

Skillet Apple Pie Biscuits:

  • 1 package Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 21 ounces apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted, and melted
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Mix the 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon mix well in a small mixing bowl. Then dip your 1 package Buttermilk Biscuits into the mixture and then place it into the baking pan.
  • Continue to coat the biscuits until your baking pan is filled with covered biscuits.
  • Add about 1/2 cup of 21 ounces apple pie filling into the center of the dough.
  • Add the rest of the butter, cinnamon, and sugar mixture to the top of the pie filling, and set the pan into the air fryer for 12-14 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • While the biscuits are baking, mix in a small bowl the 1 cup powdered sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • Drizzle the icing over the biscuits.
