Description

This Easy Air Fryer Shrimp Stir Fry is a quick, healthy, and flavorful weeknight meal. Tender shrimp and crisp vegetables cooked to perfection in the air fryer, ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes, optional, for heat
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss the 1 pound large shrimp and 2 bell peppers with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add 1 teaspoon chili flakes or cayenne pepper if you like a bit of spice.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the shrimp and bell peppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through and the peppers are tender and slightly charred, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Serve the shrimp and peppers hot, with Lemon wedges on the side for a fresh citrus kick.
