Ingredients
1poundlarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
2bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoonsalt, to taste
1/2teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
1teaspoonchili flakes, optional, for heat

Instructions
In a large bowl, toss the 1 pound large shrimp and 2 bell peppers with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add 1 teaspoon chili flakes or cayenne pepper if you like a bit of spice.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the shrimp and bell peppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through and the peppers are tender and slightly charred, shaking the basket halfway through.
