Golden, crunchy Easy Air Fryer Roasted Peanuts in the Shell, ready in minutes. Perfect for a quick, flavorful snack or party treat.
Ingredients

Raw Peanuts

Instructions
Soak raw peanuts in a bowl of water with salt for 10–15 minutes if you want extra salty, evenly coated peanuts. Drain and pat dry.
Set air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
Toss peanuts in a small bowl with a pinch of salt or your choice of seasonings. Coat evenly.
Place peanuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 15–20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes to ensure even roasting.
Peanuts are done when shells are golden brown and aromatic.
Remove peanuts and let cool for a few minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
