Description

Ingredients 

  • 6 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 6 ounces shredded gouda
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, reserve oen piece to crumble, and use as a garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon blakc pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Dice your cauliflower into florets.
  • Toss the diced cauliflower, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Toss to coat, pour the coated cauliflower into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 15 to 18 minutes. Shake the basket several times during the cooking process.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer.
  • Pour your roasted cauliflower, butter, heavy cream, gouda, bacon, salt, and black pepper, and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with crumbled bacon and parsley right before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
