Ingredients
2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
1stickbutter, room temperature, unsalted
3/4cuppeanut butter, creamy or crunchy
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1cupdark brown sugar
2largeeggs
1largeegg yolk
2teaspoonspure vanilla extract
2cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips, mini
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1 cup dark brown sugar. Mix well until the dough is light and airy.
Then fold in the 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt mix well. Mix in the 3/4 cup peanut butter, 2 large eggs, 1 large egg yolk and 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. Slowly fold in the 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper, and add about two tablespoons of batter to the parchment paper. Cook at 330 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5 to 6 minutes
Set air fryer temperature to 330 degrees F, using air fryer setting set cook time for 5-6 minutes
