Description

Easy Air Fryer Peaches with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon – soft, caramelized peaches with a warm cinnamon-sugar topping, ready in minutes for a simple, delicious dessert.

Ingredients 

  • 4 yellow peaches, firm
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional: vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of honey, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, using air fryer setting, for 3-5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine ½ cup unsalted butter 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Set aside.
  • With a sharp knife, halve and pit each 4 yellow peaches.
  • Brush cut side with 2 tablespoons olive oil and place face down in air fryer basket.
  • Set cook time for 8 minutes, or until tender with a fork.
  • Carefully open the air fryer and flip peaches using a large spoon. Place a spoonful of the butter mixture in each peach.
  • Set cook time for 3-5 minutes or until they begin to caramelize on top.
  • Serve warm with ice cream and other toppings!
