Easy Air Fryer Monster Cookies are thick, chewy, and packed with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and colorful candies. Quick and simple to make, they’re perfect for snacks, desserts, or sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients
1cupcreamy peanut butter
⅔cupbrown sugar
⅓cupgranulated sugar
2largeeggs
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1 ¾cupsquick oats
½teaspoonbaking soda
1/4teaspoonsalt
½cupchocolate chips
½cupM&M’s
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup creamy peanut butter, ⅔ cup brown sugar, ⅓ cup granulated sugar2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Stir until smooth and creamy.
Fold in 1 ¾ cups quick oats½ teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt until fully combined. The dough will be thick and slightly sticky.
Gently fold in ½ cup chocolate chips and ½ cup M&M’s, distributing evenly throughout the dough.
Set your air fryer temperature to 320°F and line the basket with parchment paper.
Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon, portion dough into 2-inch balls and place them in the basket. Leave about 1–2 inches of space between cookies to allow for spreading.
Set cook time for 6–8 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and cookies are set.
