Sweet and savory air fryer maple glazed salmon with caramelized edges and tender, flaky interior. Quick, easy, and perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
4salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
3tablespoonspure maple syrup
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1teaspoonDijon mustard
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tablespoonolive oil
¼teaspoonsalt, optional
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard minced 2 cloves garlic¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pat 4 salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the glaze evenly over each fillet.
Place fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Drizzle remaining glaze over the cooked salmon and garnish with fresh Fresh parsley or Lemon wedges
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place glazed salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.Stovetop Method: Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tsp oil. Cook glazed salmon skin-side down 4–5 minutes, flip, cook 2–3 minutes until done.Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill salmon on foil or greased grate for 4–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
