Description

Easy Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs cook up tender, juicy, and packed with bright lemon-garlic flavor. A fast, no-fuss weeknight dinner that delivers crispy skin and big taste with minimal effort.

Ingredients 

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs, bone-in or bonless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Start by drying your chicken with a paper towel.
  • Brush the 2 tablespoons olive oil and l2 tablespoons lemon juice over the 4 pieces chicken thighs.
  • Rub 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons garlic powder over the chicken
  • Set the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 360 degrees F, set cook time for 18-20 minutes. Flipping halfway through the cooking process.
  • Remove when the chicken thighs are 165 degrees F, when probed in the thickest part of the chicken thighs.
