2poundschicken drumsticks , or chicken legs
Korean BBQ Sauce:
1/2cupsoy sauce
1/4cupdark brown sugar
2tablespoons garlic, minced
1/4cuprice wine vinegar
1teaspoonsesame oil
1tablespoonsground ginger
Instructions
Start by placing the 2 pounds chicken drumsticks in a large mixing bowl.
Then pour in the 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoons garlic, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoons ground ginger, mix well.
Marinade overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Place the chicken drumsticks or legs onto the air fryer basket or air fryer tray.
Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 7 to 10 minutes. As soon as they are cooked (check with a meat thermometer), remove them.
