Description

Juicy, flavorful Easy Air Fryer Korean BBQ Chicken Drumsticks with a sweet and savory Korean-style marinade. Quick, crispy, and perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining!

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds chicken drumsticks , or chicken legs

Korean BBQ Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons  garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons ground ginger

Instructions

  • Start by placing the 2 pounds chicken drumsticks in a large mixing bowl.
  • Then pour in the 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoons  garlic, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoons ground ginger, mix well.
  • Marinade overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  • Place the chicken drumsticks or legs onto the air fryer basket or air fryer tray.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 7 to 10 minutes. As soon as they are cooked (check with a meat thermometer), remove them.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
