Description

Make crispy, flavorful Easy Air Fryer Kimchi Pancakes in minutes. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick Korean-inspired meal at home.

Ingredients 

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Kimchi Brine, from jar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup kimchi
  • 4 large scallions, diced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon Kimchi Brine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cup kimchi, and 4 large scallions. Then form them into pancake shapes. If you need to add more flour to bind, add more flour.

  • Place them into the air fryer basket, and set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, using air fryer setting and set cook time for 8-10 minutes, until fully cooked.
