Description

Easy Air Fryer Honey Garlic Pork Chops recipe – juicy, tender pork chops with a sweet and savory garlic glaze, ready in minutes for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  • Start by seasoning the 4 pork chops with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Then place them in your air fryer basket or air fryer tray.
  • Set in the air fryer oven/basket and set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process.
  • Check the temperature of the pork chops. It must reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for them to be fully cooked.
  • While the pork chops are cooking, make the sauce. In a small saucepan, mix the 4 tablespoons olive oil and 4 tablespoons minced garlic, simmer for about 1 minute, until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Then mix in the 1/2 cup honey 4 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce.
  • Return to a slow simmer until the sauce thickens; remember to stir constantly.
  • Then plate the pork chops and pour some sauce over it, and enjoy!

Notes

Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, basting with the honey garlic sauce halfway through.
Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the pork chops 4–6 minutes per side, then pour in the honey garlic sauce and simmer until thickened and the chops are fully cooked.
Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork chops 5–7 minutes per side, brushing with the honey garlic sauce, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Instant Pot: Pour 1/4 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the seasoned pork chops on the trivet. Cook on high pressure for 8–10 minutes, then use the sauté function to thicken the honey garlic sauce over the chops.
