Make snack time epic with these easy homemade pepperoni pizza rolls in the air fryer! Crispy on the outside, gooey cheese on the inside, ready in minutes.
Ingredients
1poundpizza dough
1cuppizza sauce
1teaspoonItalian seasoning, optional
1cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1cuppepperoni, slices
Instructions
Roll out your 1 pound pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
Spread a thin layer of 1 cup pizza sauce, then top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 cup pepperoni. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning if desired.
Carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the edges to seal, then cut into 1–2 inch rolls.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray. Place the rolls inside, leaving a little space between each.
Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Check halfway and rotate if needed.
Remove rolls from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
